Exercise classes are provided as a benefit and convenience. This is a voluntary (personal time), company-sponsored program. Training credit is not awarded for attending. Classes operate on a first-come basis as space permits.

Pilates stabilizes and strengthens your core, while conditioning your entire body. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well being. All fitness levels are welcome!
