The Rose, a non-profit breast cancer organization, provides their mobile screening services (digital) to eligible members of the Harris County health plan (Cigna) at the Anderson-Clayton Building (1310 Prairie) in the 9th Floor Wellness Clinic every month.

MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE WITH THE ROSE
To make your appointment for an upcoming date, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the secure scheduling website, https://www.sentinelanalytics.net/mms
  2. Enter the Company Code, HCTX (not case-sensitive)
  3. Answer the pre-screening questions and enter your personal information
  4. Select your appointment date and time

Need help? Please call The Rose at 281-464-5136. Make sure to state that you are scheduling an appointment for a Harris County onsite event.

Please note that registration will no longer be available 7 days before the screening date. This allows The Rose time to process and verify insurance information. If you plan to walk in without an appointment, please call ahead (Employee Wellness, 713-274-5500, Option 9) to confirm that the event is still scheduled.


WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR AN ONSITE ROUTINE MAMMOGRAM?
Employees, retirees and dependents that may take advantage of this onsite service provided at NO COST (covered 100%) include those that are covered by the Harris County Medical Plan (Cigna) and meet the plan criteria for receiving routine mammography:
  • 1 baseline mammography for ages 35-40 years
  • Age 40 years and older, 1 mammography every calendar year

Women who are under age 35, have been diagnosed with breast cancer within the prior two years, are pregnant or currently breastfeeding, have implants or are experiencing symptoms cannot be screened by The Rose's mobile mammography. Please contact The Rose to make an appointment at one of their two facilities or your current screening/diagnostic provider.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY MAMMOGRAM APPOINTMENT?
  • Do not wear lotions, powders or deodorants on the day of your appointment.
  • Please wear two-piece clothing for your convenience and comfort.
  • Please bring the following to your appointment: Medical insurance card and Driver's License, or other form of photo ID.

REMEMBER: You STILL have the freedom to choose ANY provider within the Cigna network to receive your routine mammogram at no cost per plan criteria. If you have questions about finding a provider near you or the date of your last mammogram please contact Cigna at 713-274-5500, Option 1 or 1-800-244-6224. CONFIDENTIALITY
All health information collected and discussed during the onsite mammogram WILL NOT be shared with Harris County by The Rose.
